These experiences, combined with her professional training, allow Helmi to create a space that feels supportive, and empowering. Helmi’s approach helps you uncover your own inner resources and reconnect with your most authentic self. Her practice is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t mean you need to “fix” yourself—it means discovering the strength and wholeness that has been within you all along. Helmi combines evidence-based techniques with heartfelt presence. She believes healing happens in relationship—in the quiet moments where you finally feel seen, heard, and safe enough to take the first step. She will meet you exactly where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and the unwavering belief that you already carry within you the strength to heal.
